Craft supplies you will need:
- Paper plate
- Black paint
- White paper
- Black construction paper
- Black wool
- Googly eyes
Have the children paint a paper plate black.
Next, have the children draw and cut out a mouth from white paper.
Once done, have the children glue the mouth and googly eyes to the black paper plate.
After that, have the children make a tiny hole in the center of the paper plate and thread black wool through the hole.
Then, have the children tie a knot behind the paper plate to secure the wool.
And, voila, the children have now made a Paper Plate Spider! Now, all they have to do is hang their Paper Plate Spider in the classroom or at home! Just the perfect craft activity for a Spider or Halloween-theme unit!
