While the kids are making their apple lacing fall craft, play The Fall Song for the kids in the background.
The Fall Song for kids is a nice complement to this super fun kids Fall craft activity!
So, what are waiting for? Let’s craft with apples!
Craft items you will need:
- Craft paper
- Hole punch
Draw an apple on craft paper.
Cut out the apple. This will become an apple template.
Next, have the children trace the apple template onto craft paper.
Then, have the children cut out their apple from the craft paper.
Using crayons, have the children color in their apple.
After that, help the children punch holes in their apple. It’s best if the holes are about 1-2 inches apart.
When ready, provide the children with a string of wool and have them thread the wool through the holes.
Once done, have the children tie a knot (bow) at the end of the lacing.
And, voila, the children have now learned how to lace an apple. This apple lacing fall craft is a great Autumn project for kids and a ton of fun!
